By using the Hyper Adz website (hyperadz.in), submitting a campaign or partner enquiry, or entering into any agreement with Hyper Adz (a brand of Multitude Solutions, GST: 33AIWPM0841K1ZX), you agree to the following terms.
Use of This Website
This website is intended for informational and business enquiry purposes only. All content is provided in good faith and may change as our services, screen inventory, pricing, and platform features evolve. Hyper Adz reserves the right to update any content at any time without notice.
Services
Hyper Adz provides indoor digital advertising placement, screen rental, campaign management, and location partner programmes. All services are subject to:
- Venue and screen availability at the time of booking
- Written confirmation and a signed campaign or partnership agreement
- Creative approval and venue compliance review
- Mutually agreed commercial terms including pricing, duration, and payment schedule
Campaign Creative & Content
All advertising materials submitted for display must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Hyper Adz reserves the right to review, request modifications to, or reject any creative content deemed:
- Offensive, misleading, or deceptive
- Illegal or contrary to public policy
- Non-compliant with the venue's guidelines or brand standards
Payments
Campaign and partnership fees are as mutually agreed in the confirmed quotation or invoice. An 18% GST is applicable on all taxable services. Payments are due as specified in the invoice terms. Delays may result in service suspension or rescheduling.
Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, brand assets, and creative materials belonging to Hyper Adz are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, republish, or use our content without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Hyper Adz's liability in connection with any campaign, service, or screen installation is limited to the value of the confirmed agreement. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
Future Platform Features
Self-serve booking, live dashboard, payment gateway, and real-time availability tools are planned for future phases. Separate terms will govern those features upon release.
